Who We Are: The Story Behind 12joker
From a small idea to a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of players
12joker started with one simple goal: to give Malaysian players a truly fun, safe, and fair online gaming experience. We understand that local players have unique tastes and needs — they want a platform that is friendly, trustworthy, and operates in the language and cultural context they know.
From day one, 12joker built by a team of individuals who genuinely understand the online gaming industry and the needs of the Malaysian market — not just technically, but in terms of user experience, customer support, and the way we design every feature on this platform.
Today, 12joker has grown into one of the most active online gaming platforms in Malaysia, with hundreds of thousands of registered members playing every day. From Slots and Live Casino to Bingo, Fish Shooting Games, and more — it's all here, on one integrated platform.
What sets us apart is not just the number of games or the size of rewards. What matters more is how we treat our members — with respect, transparency, and a full commitment that every ringgit placed is in a safe and properly regulated environment.

The Principles We Stand By
These values are not just words — they are reflected in every aspect of our platform
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
The fun of gaming only means something when it's done safely
At 12joker, we believe gaming should be a source of entertainment and joy — not stress or problems. That's why we invest seriously in responsible gaming features that members can access directly from their accounts.
Every member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Loss limits and session time limits are also available. If anyone feels they need a break, they can activate the self-exclusion feature, which temporarily restricts access to their account.
We also actively promote responsible gaming awareness across our entire community, because we believe players who play smart are happier and more loyal in the long run.
Platform Fairness & Certification
Every game is fair — not an empty promise, but a verified fact
Every game at 12joker uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. This means every slot spin, every card hand, and every Bingo number called is completely random — no one can manipulate it, including us.
The return-to-player (RTP) rate for every game is clearly stated so players can make more informed decisions. This is part of our commitment to transparency, which we consider absolutely essential.
We also conduct regular security audits to ensure the platform is always up to date and protected against the latest threats. Our members' trust is our most valuable asset, and we will never compromise on this.
